"Dr. Leshin Chen performed implant procedure for one of my molars over 10 years ago and I have not had any problems. My dad had his dental implants done with a different dentist and had various issues. Upon my recommendation, he saw Dr. Chen, who replaced one of those implants and no more headaches (or toothaches)! He is very content! We trust Dr. Chen because he is knowledgeable and skillful, and he doesn’t advise on unnecessary procedures for his own profit. Dr. Chen is also very patient and he always explains whats and hows of his treatment plans. The office staff at Arcadia Perio Care are very friendly and efficient. I had never gotten a bone graft and it sounded painful and scary. At the office, all my fears were put to rest. Dr. Klauser was very competent, but beyond that she gave me all the information that I needed to ease me into the surgery. I felt prepared for it as well as taken care of. The day of the surgery included a pep talk to get me mentally prepared, music to soothe my anxiety, and a blanket for when my body got cold from laying on the chair during the surgery. "I have been here twice for gum grafting with Dr. Donna Klauser. 3 teeth the first time and 2 the second time. I was really nervous the first time, not knowing what to expect. My gums had been receding for a long time. Dr. Klauser put me at ease. She was very professional and explained everything she was going to do. During the procedure I felt zero pain. Dr.Klauser also coordinated with my orthodontist as well, both parties work like the magic. Once you find the best professionals to take care of your dental needs, you know you can trust them and be worry free.
Till this day Dr.Klauser continues to monitor my treatment progress and in charge of my cleaning ,she never rushes the patient and always explains the procedure and dental care thoroughly. She has the gentlest touch during the treatment which makes the routine cleaning becomes a nice experience. Once you have been spoiled with the 5-star treatment which makes you look forward for every dental visit with this practice. By the way all the staff members in the office are very customer focused and professional, you enjoy every minute when you are in the office.
During Covid-19, dental visit becomes a challenge, but Arcadia Perio care does a wonderful job to secure both providers and patients safety. Starts from all the health questionnaire and temperature screening along with air purifier , multi-face covering/shield along with the plastic sneeze guards etc. You know this practice follows all the Covid-19 protocols to ensure patients be able to receive the treatment in the safe environment.
I would highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to receive a great dental care from a dedicated and caring professional. Thank you Dr. Klauser and your wonderful team!"
